Best Western GB are a provider of great value hotel breaks and whilst they already had a website, they wanted a new one developing that would engage visitors more and ultimately improve conversion rate.

Jessops
Jessops plc are UK retailer that springs to mind when you need anything to do with imaging, they already had a transactional website and an ecommerce team, but knew that they should be doing more. Revenues from Jessops.com were around 5 percent of Group revenues, and they knew that this needed to improve.
Commercial Sales Director, Colin Martin, turned to Andrew Scaife to develop the eCommerce team; to implement systems and processes; to raise the profile and professionalism of the team and also to generate additional profitable revenues.
Andrew Scaife took on the role and worked closely with the existing team; he provided leadership and instilled a professional approach to their work.
Productivity improved and Jessops.com started to look more consistent with their 288+ stores, utilising the same promotional activity and using web exclusives where possible to increase revenues and raise the profit margin.
Small conversion devices were used on the site to improve the conversion rate, which moved from less than 1 percent to 3 percent at their peak.
The outcome has been staggering, revenues for the group trebled, profit margin is high and the team work much better together with their sales and marketing colleagues.
